Job description
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von ausgewählten Applikationen über den gesamten Software-Lebenszyklus - von der Implementierung, Betrieb und Wartung bis hin zu Optimierung und Konsolidierung
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter IT-Governance- und Compliance-Richtlinien (ITGC)
- Fachliche Unterstützung und Beratung der Key-User sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Business-Analysten, Prozessverantwortlichen und IT-Service-Teams
- Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Anforderungen zur Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Service-Management (ITSM) und ITIL-basierten Prozessen
- Sicherer Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanksystemen (z. B. Microsoft SQL Server) und Windows-Server-Umgebungen
- Kenntnisse über Geschäftsprozesse in Verwaltungs- und Produktionsumgebungen sowie deren digitale Abbildung durch IT-Lösungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
