AI Engineer

I’m hiring a Full Stack AI Engineer to build enterprise-grade applications across GenAI, RAG, AI agents and machine learning.

This is a genuinely end-to-end engineering role, working across frontend, backend, data and AI. You’ll partner with Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Product teams to take AI capabilities from concept through to scalable, production-ready applications.

What you’ll be doing

• Build full-stack AI applications using React/Next.js and Python
• Develop and productionize RAG pipelines, AI agents and agentic workflows
• Build conversational AI, semantic search, document intelligence and automated workflows
• Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, Django or similar
• Integrate applications with Databricks, data pipelines, feature stores and ML model endpoints
• Own solutions across the full lifecycle, from data pipeline and backend through to the user interface
• Use modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex and Augment Code
• Maintain strong engineering standards across testing, CI/CD, security and observability

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack development experience across frontend and backend
• Strong React/Next.js + Python skills
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM, RAG or agentic AI solutions into production
• Experience building APIs and data-intensive applications
• Databricks/Lakehouse experience is a strong plus
• AWS or Azure cloud experience
• Strong product mindset with genuine end-to-end ownership

This is ideal for an experienced Software Engineer who has moved heavily into AI-native development and wants to build real-world AI products rather than research or proof-of-concept work.
