Job description

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM discipline with 2 years of experience; Master’s degree with 0 years of experience
  • Experience in C/C++ and/or Rust
  • Experience developing and debugging embedded real-time systems
  • US Citizenship is required
  • An active US Government Secret clearance
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Beavercreek, Ohio, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM discipline with 5 years of experience; Master’s degree with 3 years of experience; or PhD with 0 years of experience
  • Experience in C/C++ and/or Rust
  • Experience developing and debugging embedded real-time systems
  • US Citizenship is required
  • An active US Government Secret clearance
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Beavercreek, Ohio

Preferred Qualifications for both Levels:

  • Experience developing software in Rust
  • Experience with Xilinx-based platforms and tools
  • Experience using Agile software development processes and tools such as Jira
  • Experience using DevSecOps tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Fortify, or Nexus

  • Familiarity with Linux kernel driver development and modification

Benefits & conditions

Primary Level Salary Range: $83,400.00 - $125,200.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $103,600.00 - $155,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business., + $103,600-155,400 per year
