Learn and work in an agile environment, contributing to the ongoing evolution of the IT-wide IT Process and IT Controls Framework

Assist in ongoing management activities (e.g., status reporting, monitoring, steering and follow-ups)

Collaborate with different internal stakeholders and support their implementation of IT Process and IT Controls Framework

Conduct quality checks on different levels of IT service-related documentation
Requirements
To further support colleagues on their journey of compliant service management within the IT Process Framework we are looking for a motivated student (f/m/x) with strong communication and organizational skills that is available to work 20-25h a week., * You are studying at a university or university of applied sciences - preferably Business Management, Risk Management or similar and have an affinity for IT

You have very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written

You are interested in Governance topics

You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, especially Excel)

You are communicative and open minded

You have a high level of commitment, self-organization and pro-activeness

You have experience with MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, PowerAutomate, and Power BI (beneficial but not mandatory)
