Job description

Your task as Service Products and Infrastructure Architect is to define and guard the cross-platform architecture for service products. This means: -You work with scanner architects and designers to enable more and higher quality service data to be published by the scanners and source systems. -Inclusive the design of test plans that prove the data publication does not interfere with the core system function of producing wafers -You work with data platform architect(s) to enable ingestion of equipment data in a way that simplifies application development and maximizes re-use of scarce competency in ASML. Platforms must be sustainable for at least 5-10 years which has impact on technical design choices. -You can explain to ASML customers what is needed to run the data collection software in their fab and data center. When needed you deliver convincing test evidence that their production process is not at risk and will even benefit from better service. -The main users of the data are Customer Support, they run the daily service operation and known all details of each customers tailored way of working. You collect requirements and align your solution to fit their needs.

Requirements

Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent., You prove to have at least 15+ year experience in software development, design and requirements collection. You also have: -Solid knowledge of software architecture, UML and object oriented design methods. -worked in multi-disciplinary projects. -dealt with customers and coach designers and developers. -Significant Java experience, J2E, python and C. -Angular JS, SAPUI5 (nice plus, not must), Microservices, Wildfly, JSON, XML, Hadoop, Docker and Kafka -Linux (performance), VM and VMWare -Oracle V12A plus to have: -Affinity with machine development & high tech systems. -Previous experiences with diagnostics and associated tools. -Previous ASML experience. -Experience in service and/or manufacturing environment. Personal skills In this job you must be able to communicate and listen. You have a strong motivation and find creative solutions for complex multi system, multiple customers problems. You can motivate your design choices not just based on internet research or past knowledge but taking into account the problem at handYou can translate requirements and business goals into software specifications and designs accepted by stakeholders at many levels in the organizations. Other information This position requires access to U.S. controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such U.S. controlled technology prior to beginning work.
