Customer Configuration Manager

You will work in a multi-sector team on realizing full Customer Configuration compliancy in the design, manufacturing and service phase of our products. Job Mission Make a direct contribution to realize Customer Configuration compliant products for ASML’s key customers by controlling the customer configuration, and improving the internal processes to maintain Customer Configuration for products with increasing configuration complexity., You will report to the Project managers of the Configuration and Change Control team. In your daily work you will interface with other members of the Customer Configuration teams from Manufacturing, Service and Account Support, and with PDM’s, Project leads and designers in the Product development programs. Externally you will interface directly with technical and configuration experts from the customers. W.r.t. the configuration as designed you will discuss proposed changes, assess the impact on the customers, prepare material for discussion with the customers, and if needed do the high level change introduction to the customers. Together with Manufacturing you will work on methods to assure the factory builds the tools compliant with the Customer configuration in both Hardware and Software. Last but not least you will work together with Service on methods to assure that tools in the field will stay compliant to the Customer Configurations, taking both service and upgrade actions into account. While working on maintaining the customer required configuration you will continuously monitor the Customer Configuration process, and propose structural improvements for issues found during production and service phase. On a regular basis you will also interface with other members of the Account teams for internal alignment and on Customer Configuration activities for future platforms.
