Provide technical support for users across the business, resolving hardware and software issues. Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint. Support and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems. Manage mobile devices, including procurement, deployment, allocation, and SIM management. Create and maintain operating system

images and software deployment packages. Perform Active Directory administration, including user account management and permissions. Maintain accurate IT documentation, procedures, and asset records. Monitor and manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle. Join the IT on-call rota to provide occasional out-of-hours support. Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support environment. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11. Exposure to mobile device management and device deployment. Hardware build, imaging, and software deployment experience. Full commitment to delivering a high-quality support service. Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint administration. Understanding of ITIL principles and best practice support processes.
