Hybris Developer

Join a high-impact team in Miami, FL as a Hybris Developer and drive the modernization of a leading SAP Commerce platform. In this role, you’ll support the transformation of reservation and spa systems, as well as key back-office enhancements across multiple brands. Work remotely or on-site with a dynamic team leveraging the latest AI coding tools to deliver innovative commerce solutions.

[Responsibilities]

• Lead backend development for SAP Commerce (Hybris), focusing on platform enhancements and modernization initiatives.
• Migrate legacy reservation and spa booking system functionalities to modern architectures.
• Integrate SAP Commerce with custom microservices to expand platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust inventory management and back-office solutions.
• Utilize AI coding assistants (Claude, Copilot, etc.) daily to accelerate development and improve code quality.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and advocate for best practices in backend architecture.

Minimum 5 years of backend application development in enterprise environments.

• Proven hands-on experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) backend customization or strong backend work in SAP/Salesforce environments.
• Demonstrated expertise integrating SAP Commerce with custom microservices.
• Proficiency using AI coding assistants such as Claude or Copilot.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective team collaboration.

[Preferred Skills]

• Experience with Hybris modules: Product Catalog, Promotions, Order Management, Customer Support, Backoffice.
• Familiarity with relational databases and Solr search-indexing.
• Background in enterprise-scale project delivery.
