BI Developer

• Design and manage comprehensive reporting catalogs, ensuring alignment of new requests with current assets.
• Integrate and standardize multiple data sources within a unified reporting framework.
• Collaborate closely with Principal Solutions Architects to align data platform design with reporting tool requirements.
• Participate in project teams for systems analysis, design, development, integration, and maintenance.
• Lead project scoping sessions and act as a key point of contact as needed.
• Conduct functional, technical, and user acceptance testing, quickly resolving identified issues.
• Build, modify, and optimize database tables, views, SQL queries, and indexes.
• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of reporting best practices and standards.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, including report and data source development.

• Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle.
• Proven expertise with SSAS and Datacube.
• Strong background in reporting architecture, dashboards, and portals using Power BI.
• Proficient in data querying, DAX formulas, and configuring data flows in Power BI.
• In-depth knowledge of business intelligence security and administration with Power BI.
• Familiarity with MS SQL Server BI Stack tools such as SSRS and Power Query.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Redshift.
• Exposure to Fabric and Databricks., Word
