Information Technology - Software Engineer

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Champion Agile principles and foster best practices within teams and across the organization
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize and maintain a well-groomed backlog
• Communicate project status, risks, and critical issues to stakeholders clearly and proactively
• Track team performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify and eliminate impediments to ensure team progress and efficiency
• Maintain progress transparency using burndown charts, dashboards, and other radiators
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, reporting standards, and security protocols

Minimum 15 years in IT, software, fullstack, or systems engineering, with direct experience on engineering teams

• Certified Scrum Master
• Demonstrated expertise using Jira for agile project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Active Secret Clearance (mandatory)
• Local to Orlando and able to work onsite more than 50% of the time

Preferred Skills

• Experience in government or defense environments
• Advanced knowledge of software development life cycles
• Familiarity with compliance and security requirements in regulated industries
