Job description

Join a leading enterprise as an Information Security Consultant and become a pivotal part of the Insider Threat Program. In this high-impact senior analyst position, you will drive the detection, investigation, and mitigation of insider-driven and employee-related security events. Leverage cutting-edge security platforms to uncover threats and protect sensitive data while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Accelerate your career in cybersecurity with access to advanced tools, diverse cases, and ongoing professional development opportunities., Triage, analyze, and investigate insider threat and information security alerts from enterprise security platforms.

  • Serve as an escalation point for cases from XSOAR, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and insider threat monitoring tools.
  • Assess incidents for risk severity, intent, data exposure, and regulatory impact to guide appropriate response.
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations into suspected data loss and unauthorized access incidents.
  • Correlate signals across endpoint, identity, network, email, and collaboration systems to identify root causes.
  • Collect, analyze, and preserve evidence while maintaining strict documentation and chain of custody.
  • Prepare audit-ready investigative summaries with actionable findings and recommendations.
  • Contribute to Salesforce engineering, development, and testing efforts as part of the security workflow.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years’ hands-on experience in insider threat investigations, information security, cybersecurity investigations, financial crimes, corporate investigations, security operations, or incident response.

  • Demonstrated expertise in triaging and investigating security alerts using enterprise security platforms.
  • Proficient with XSOAR, Splunk, CrowdStrike, and Anvilogic for investigative analysis.
  • Proven ability to correlate multi-source security telemetry into actionable insights.
  • Industry certifications in cybersecurity, investigations, or interviewing techniques.
  • Experience conducting investigative interviews.
  • Strong technical writing for audit-defensible documentation.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/training.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or regulatory environments.
  • Collaboration with Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, or Financial Crimes teams.
  • Familiarity with insider threat, UEBA, or advanced security analytics platforms., must have experience conducting interviews
