Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Middleware & ETL Developer

Join a dynamic team in Washington, DC as a Senior Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Middleware & ETL Developer. In this pivotal hybrid role, you will architect, develop, and maintain robust integrations and ETL processes between Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12) and external systems within a secure Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional experts, support ERP modernization initiatives, and drive operational excellence for mission-critical government and enterprise operations., Design, build, and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) orchestrations, scheduled jobs, file-based flows, and event-driven integrations

• Develop and implement REST/SOAP services, OIC connectors, ERP adapters, FTP/SFTP, and OCI Object Storage patterns
• Build FBDI-based and API-based integrations for financial, procurement, AR/AP, and custom modules
• Develop advanced transformation mappings using XSLT, JSON, XML, and enforce error-handling, retry, and notification frameworks
• Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize PL/SQL code, EBS interfaces, APIs, concurrent programs, and BI Publisher/XML artifacts
• Design and support EBS interface tables, concurrent program frameworks, validations, and public APIs
• Collaborate on data extraction, integration requirements, and support cross-functional design reviews
• Monitor OIC dashboards, resolve integration failures, and proactively enhance logging and observability
• Author technical design documents, integration specifications, and compliance documentation
• Support migration, cutover, release deployments, and operational readiness activities

7-10+ years Oracle EBS R12 technical/integration development experience

• 3-5+ years hands-on with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) orchestration and integrations
• 3-5+ years with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL data-load patterns
• Strong experience with EBS interface tables, open APIs, concurrent programs, and data-load workflows
• Expertise in REST/SOAP integrations, FBDI/ADFdi, transformation mappings (XSLT/JSON/XML)
• Proficiency with OCI integration services (Object Storage, Networking, Keys/Certs)
• Hands-on PL/SQL performance tuning and debugging complex data flows
• Demonstrated participation in cross-functional technical design reviews
• Excellent communication skills in large integration program environments
