If you’ve been in the BAS world a while, you know the difference between a job that just keeps you busy and one that keeps you engaged, respected, and growing., As a Mission Critical Field Service Supervisor, you will lead and develop a team of Field Engineers responsible for delivering high-quality building automation solutions within data centers and other critical environments where uptime, reliability, and operational continuity are essential. You will partner with Project Managers, customers, and trade partners to safely execute projects, coordinate resources, maintain schedules, and ensure technical excellence across all phases of project delivery., * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Field Engineers.
- Coordinate field execution for mission critical and data center projects.
- Support project planning, scheduling, staffing, commissioning, and technical checkout activities.
- Ensure compliance with customer change management, safety, and operational readiness requirements.
- Partner with Project Managers to manage resources, budgets, quality, and customer expectations.
- Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting support for BAS installations, integrations, and commissioning activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in the HVAC, Construction or building automation and controls industry
- 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Clean and valid driver’s license
- Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment in excess of 8 feet above grade, and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs.
- Ability to travel regionally with an occasional overnight stay.
Preferred Qualifications
Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience interacting with a large and diverse number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of multiple disciplines.
- Building automation and controls experience with Automated Logic or similar BAS platforms.
- Experience supporting data centers, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other high-availability facilities.
- Knowledge of chilled water systems, critical cooling applications, and facility operations.
- Experience working under formal change management and outage planning processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.

Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed., Employees are eligible for benefits, including:
