This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced performance engineering tools and methodologies while collaborating with talented professionals committed to technical excellence and continuous improvement., Design, develop, and maintain robust PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers for enterprise Oracle databases.

• Engineer efficient data retrieval processes, focusing on query optimization and system performance.
• Analyze, rewrite, and tune complex SQL queries to reduce CPU, I/O, and memory utilization.
• Utilize Oracle diagnostic tools (Explain Plan, TKPROF, SQL Trace, Autotrace, AWR/ASH reports) to benchmark and iteratively test query performance.
• Apply advanced indexing and storage strategies (B-tree, Bitmap, Function-Based, Covered Indexes, Full Table Scans, Index Scans, Hash Joins) to maximize database efficiency.
• Establish performance baselines, formulate tuning hypotheses, and conduct controlled tests to document measurable improvements.
• Monitor and tune application performance, including .NET, C#, and Citrix environments.
• Leverage experience with Starburst and Trino SQL platforms.

10+ years of hands-on experience as a database administrator specializing in Oracle environments.

• Demonstrated expertise in PL/SQL development and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with Oracle performance diagnostic tools and indexing mechanisms.
• Strong analytical mindset with a methodical approach to performance engineering.
• Proven ability in application performance monitoring and optimization.
