Oracle EBS Functional SME

Elevate your career while working on large-scale ERP modernization initiatives and supporting a robust Oracle landscape., Lead functional solution design and configuration for Oracle EBS modules including AP, AR, GL, PO, iProcurement, FA, CE, PA, and SLA

• Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, facilitate conference room pilots, and document solutions (BRDs, MD50 inputs)
• Configure modules to meet financial controls, audit, and business process needs
• Integrate cross-module business processes (P2P, O2C, B2R, FAGL, PAGL, SLA flows)
• Collaborate with technical teams for RICEW objects, providing functional requirements and validating technical deliverables
• Manage and execute UAT cycles, including test script development, defect management, and stakeholder sign-off
• Support major releases, quarterly patching, upgrades, and production readiness activities
• Serve as the escalation point for complex functional issues, troubleshooting workflows, approvals, and accounting events
• Maintain master data governance for suppliers, customers, assets, projects, and banking setups
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and separation-of-duties requirements
• Produce and update SOPs, documentation, configuration trackers, and training materials
• Engage and communicate with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and IT stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable requirements
• Participate in governance boards, roadmap planning, and process improvement initiatives

8+ years of Oracle EBS functional experience, with 3-5 years on R12.2.x (specifically 12.2.12)

• In-depth functional knowledge across AP, AR, GL, PO, FA, CE, PA, iProcurement, SLA modules
• Strong grasp of accounting principles, procurement policies, and enterprise financial flows
• Demonstrated ability in writing and reviewing BRDs, MD50s, test scripts, and configuration workbooks
• Hands-on experience with EBS patching, upgrades, and cutovers
• Familiarity with OIC integrations and interface-driven workflows
• Advanced analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting organizations with strict compliance and audit requirements
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure-hosted EBS environments
• Participation in ERP modernization or large-scale transformation programs

Competitive hourly rate: $105.00 - $111.00/hr on W2
