Full Stack Engineer

The Opportunity As an Full Stack Engineer, you’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities across business functions and building AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, automate manual processes, and unlock better decision-making.

Working directly with a senior engineering team, you’ll own projects from idea through to production, helping shape how AI is embedded across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing ? Build AI-powered products, tools, and internal systems from concept to deployment

? Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency

? Design and implement intelligent automations, integrations, and AI-driven processes

? Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions to solve real-world problems

What They’re Looking For ? Experience in Backend, Full Stack, Platform, or AI-focused software engineering

? Strong software engineering fundamentals

? Experience working with APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern development tools

? Exposure to AI, LLM, agentic systems, automation platforms, or related technologies

? Proven track record of shipping production software

? Strong ownership mentality and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
