Data & AI Engineer

Early-career role supporting Orbia’s Data & AI strategy. You’ll help build scalable data pipelines, analytical models, and AI solutions on our enterprise platforms, working closely with senior engineers and business stakeholders.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain data pipelines on Azure, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric

Design and support analytical data models for reporting, dashboards, and AI use cases

Develop Python scripts for data ingestion, transformation, automation, and analysis

Support AI/ML solutions (incl. RAG use cases) and assist in model deployment

Create and maintain Power BI datasets and reports

Partner with business teams to translate requirements into data/AI solutions

Ensure data quality, testing, documentation, and adherence to best practices

Follow data governance, security, and compliance standards

0-3 years’ experience (or recent graduate) in Data Engineering, Analytics, or related field

Hands-on with Python and modern data stack (Azure, Databricks, Fabric preferred)

Basic understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT, and ML concepts

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn fast in a global setup
