Job description
At Nedap in healthcare, we believe technology should make healthcare more human. That is why we develop Nedap Ons®: software that supports healthcare professionals, so they can focus their attention on the people who need care rather than on complex systems. Within the Generics Tribe, we work on the building blocks of the Ons® Suite. This includes shared functionality such as navigation, search, tasks, and AI solutions. We also develop a design system with patterns, guidelines, and systems that create a consistent, accessible, and high-quality user experience across the entire suite. Your responsibilities As an experienced UX Designer , you will help shape the user experience of the shared building blocks of the Ons® Suite. The patterns and design choices you create are used by multiple product teams and impact thousands of healthcare professionals every day. Shared functionality Develop UX patterns and design solutions for shared functionality across the Ons® Suite. Vision and execution Move between long-term vision and hands-on design, from defining UX patterns to creating interactions and prototypes in Figma. AI Develop UX patterns for AI functionality, helping teams integrate new AI solutions into the Ons® Suite in a consistent and understandable way. Complexity Work on complex design challenges that span multiple teams, healthcare domains, and user groups, while keeping the experience simple and intuitive for users. Collaboration Collaborate closely with other UX designers, developers, product owners, and stakeholders across different teams. Connection Connect different disciplines, involve colleagues in design choices, and help teams work toward the best solution together. Your team You will join a small and close-knit UX team within the Generics Tribe. With you on board, the team will consist of four UX designers. We work in a hybrid way, but value meeting in Groenlo around two days a week. To design together, learn from each other, challenge each other, and, of course, have a laugh together. From this UX team, you will work on projects with different product teams within the Ons® Suite. Depending on the challenge, you will join a team for a period of time and take part in activities such as refinements, dailies, and reviews. This allows you to work closely with developers and product owners on concrete solutions, while keeping an eye on consistency across the entire Ons® Suite from a Generics UX perspective. Our offer What’s in it for you? As a UX Designer at Nedap, you’ll make a valuable contribution to our mission: making people happier and more successful in their professional lives. The salary range for this role is between € 4.000 and € 5.500 gross per month based on full-time employment (38 hours) and depends on relevant knowledge and experience. In addition to your salary, you’ll receive a thirteenth month, a solid pension plan, and a profit-sharing scheme with the possibility to become a Nedap shareholder. Everything here revolves around trust and autonomy. That’s why, along with your colleagues, you decide on your own working hours and vacation days to maintain a healthy work-life balance. We also highly value personal and professional growth. You’ll receive a thorough onboarding, and we encourage you to keep developing yourself. A half-day trial (morning or afternoon) is part of the selection process.
