Job description

• Define and maintain SAP solution architecture aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Lead end-to-end solution design across SAP S/4HANA and integrated enterprise platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable SAP solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Merchandising, and Retail functions.
• Ensure alignment between SAP and non-SAP ecosystems, including integration, security, and data architecture.
• Support transformation programmes from design through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Govern solution delivery performed by implementation partners and system integrators.
• Identify architectural risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards and best practices.
• Drive architecture documentation and solution governance processes.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders and programme leadership.
• Support ERP modernisation and business transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an SAP Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Lead SAP Architect.
• Proven delivery experience within SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and integration patterns.
• Experience across multiple SAP functional domains.
• Expertise in stakeholder management at senior leadership level.
• Experience managing external vendors, implementation partners, and offshore teams.
• Strong communication and consultancy skills.
• Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes.
