Key responsibilities / You will get to:* Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached * Assist the team in analyzing customer needs, and developing creative concepts and concrete measures for implementation * Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager * Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team eventsKey requirements / What we hope you bring: * University degree or equivalent experience* Minimum 1 year of experience in operational business or management consulting as a Full-Time Employee* Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation* An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking* Your desire to make a difference and your willingness to be coached* Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team* Your excellent command of German and English that you will use when preparing and delivering presentations and reports* Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions)* Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and project or change management tools and techniquesBeneficial experience / skills:* Experience working within P&C insurance * Affinity for data-based solutions and/or GenAI* Proficiency in process design and analysis* Experience in Systems Thinking methodology If you already have international experience, or speak German or other languages, we would love to hear more!Did we spark your interest?
