Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Responsibilities* Own and drive key phases of the full software development lifecycle (requirements analysis, architecture design, development, testing, and deployment).* Work independently under limited supervision to deliver complex software projects on schedule.* Coach, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level software engineers.* Identify and implement process, tool, and system improvements to enhance overall performance and code quality across the team.* Lead testing efforts, including test automation for unit, regression, and performance frameworks.* Review code written by colleagues and AI, championing quality standards and best development practices across the team.* Communicate effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external partners/vendors when needed.## Basic RequirementsExperience and Qualifications Required** University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related engineering field (or equivalent practical experience).
