You’ll sit with auditors, underwriters, and credit teams - turn their SOPs into working agent teams and own the deployment through customer sign-off.This is a deeply technical role that is not a coding role: you will configure agents, design workflows, and reason about controls - but your raw material is the messy reality of a regulated process, and your deliverable is a system a compliance team can sign off.You are the bridge between two rooms that rarely understand each other: a room of auditors who think in controls, and a room of engineers who think in systems. Both

need to trust you. That trust is the job.Key responsibilitiesLead solution discovery workshops with BFSI clients (banks, insurers, NBFCs)Translate SOPs, policies, and workflows into agent architecturesDesign end-to-end solutions covering data, models, agents, and integrationsWork with compliance, risk, and audit stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignmentServe as the trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycleRequired skills6+ years in solution architecture, consulting, or pre-sales in BFSIDeep understanding of banking operations - underwriting, credit, audit, compliance, KYC/AMLStrong grasp of AI/ML, LLMs, and agentic workflows (you don’t need to code, but must speak the language)Experience delivering enterprise software into Tier-1 banks or insurersExcellent stakeholder management - from C-suite to operations teamsStrong documentation and solution-design skillsWillingness to travel across India, UAE, and UKNice to haveCertifications in banking (CFA, FRM) or cloud (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect)Prior experience at Big-4 consulting or core banking vendorsExposure to regulatory frameworks (RBI, DFSA, FCA, Basel III)Skills & technologiesBFSI domain expertise Solution architecture Agent workflow design Underwriting Credit & audit KYC/AML Stakeholder management PoC to production deliveryTell us what you would build and why it matters.
