Software Engineer

As a member of the Business Management team this individual will be focused on ensuring it runs effectively and efficiently and identifying and executing opportunities where the business unit can improve. Examples of responsibilities include: o Executive presentation support: Contribute to developing talking points and presentations for Global Head. o Data aggregation, synthesis and insights for operating rhythms: Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, earnings calls o Ad hoc analysis: Drive analysis and due diligence to provide key business insights for high-priority initiatives (e.g. go-to-market strategies, revenue acceleration opportunities, scenario analyses, competitive intelligence) o Organizational alignment: Drive continuous organizational alignment for the business and provide rigor and discipline to run an effective business operating model o Business cases: Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop business cases for key revenue generating initiatives o Planning: Assist in evaluating global and regional initiatives to increase revenue o Knowledge management: Develop and maintain platform where their partner organizations can reference/utilize key presentations and case studies

o 5-7 years of experience o Self-starter who can drive a project forward independently. You are willing to roll up your sleeves, take ownership, and are focused on delivering results o High levels of learning-agility o Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with a keen ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies o Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work with incomplete data or seemingly open-ended questions, translating them into actionable analysis o Natural collaborator, team oriented, diplomatic, and flexible, with demonstrated capacity to function in a matrixed organization that spans multiple geographies. o Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and adept at multi-tasking. o Strong communication skills, both oral and written o Strong analytical, teamwork, leadership, and critical thinking skills o Relevant work experience in management consulting, strategy, finance, or operations o Analytical experience and ability to learn Excel and MS Dynamics o Experience developing presentations for senior audiences o Ability to influence successfully in a matrixed and virtual organization
