Infrastructure Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager with strong financial services experience to manage high-priority network infrastructure readiness and electronic trading infrastructure projects.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring a strong communicator who can lead calls, manage multiple workstreams, provide clear implementation status, and take full ownership and accountability., * 10-12+ years of technology project management experience, preferably in financial services. \n

• Strong experience managing network infrastructure projects in data centers, offices, exchanges, or colocations. \n

• Working knowledge of LAN, WAN, carrier circuits, data centers, and network infrastructure. \n

• Experience with market data, electronic trading, exchanges, or low-latency environments. \n

• Knowledge of exchanges such as NYSE, Nasdaq, BATS, and connectivity providers such as BT Radianz or TNS. \n

• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow. \n

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. \n

• Ability to work independently, manage aggressive deadlines, and adapt quickly. \n

• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Operations, Architecture, Technology, Risk, and Compliance. \n

• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Teams. \n, Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Infrastructure Project Manager who can command a meeting, drive accountability, manage competing priorities, and clearly communicate where each implementation stands.

• Manage multiple infrastructure projects through planning, implementation, testing, and production readiness. \n

• Coordinate installation of network equipment, circuits, cross-connects, and data center infrastructure. \n

• Partner with Network Operations, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders. \n

• Track hardware, dependencies, timelines, risks, issues, and project milestones. \n

• Support infrastructure readiness for electronic trading, market data, client connectivity, and extranet services. \n

• Communicate project status and implementation details to stakeholders at all organizational levels. \n
