Tax Technology & AI - Assistant Manager / Manager

The Role will include:

• Working with teams around the firm to develop tools and identify where technology can be applied to tax work.
• Developing and delivering training and guidance on new systems and processes.
• Working with internal stakeholders, including IT and suppliers to implement new technology solutions.
• Developing the tax intranet and knowledge base.
• Supporting other National Tax initiatives as needed.

The successful candidate will act as a key interface between tax and IT teams, so needs the ability to understand requirements from each team. They should have:

• Strong tax skills (ATT or equivalent) and a passion for technology, with the curiosity to explore the potential of new technologies to improve the way we work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be confident to work with individuals at all levels throughout the firm, in person and virtually.
• Excellent technology skills, including MS Excel. SharePoint and PowerApps experience would be beneficial and highly regarded.
• Previous experience designing and delivering training, and/or previous project management experience would be desirable but not essential.
• Working as part of a small team, the successful individual will need to be self-starting and able to balance priorities across multiple projects effectively.

£45-80k + package
