UKG Integration Tester

We are seeking an experienced UKG Integration Tester with strong hands-on experience testing integrations between Workday HCM and UKG. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record supporting HCM integration projects, particularly within healthcare or similarly complex enterprise environments., * Lead and execute system, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing for UKG enhancements and new functionality.

• Perform hands-on testing of Workday-to-UKG integrations, including data validation, interface processing, error handling, and end-to-end business process validation.
• Support integration build and troubleshooting activities between Workday HCM and UKG.
• Analyze integration requirements and participate in requirements and design sessions.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, test scenarios, and test documentation.
• Participate in functional and business process workflow sessions and provide recommendations for effective testing approaches.
• Validate data and business processes across multiple functional areas and identify cross-functional integration issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot UKG functionality as required to support testing and production readiness.
• Investigate application and user issues, determine root causes, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression, end-to-end, and production validation activities.
• Participate in final testing, cutover activities, go-live, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Provide UKG configuration and troubleshooting support during go-live and hypercare.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate project, integration, and operational issues as appropriate.
• Prepare and communicate daily project and testing status, including progress, risks, issues, blockers, and resolutions.
• Collaborate effectively with technical teams, functional teams, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors.
• Provide information and functional input to training and education teams.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and implementation partners throughout testing, deployment, and production support activities.

The consultant will join an ongoing implementation and support integration testing, system testing, regression testing, integration build activities, final testing, go-live, and hypercare. Strong UKG configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and stakeholder communication skills are essential., * Hands-on experience with Workday-to-UKG integrations.

• Strong hands-on experience with UKG configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience leading or performing system, integration, and regression testing.
• Experience developing and executing test cases, test scripts, test scenarios, and test documentation.
• Experience troubleshooting integration failures and validating data exchanged between HCM systems.
• Proven experience supporting at least one go-live and hypercare period.
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes and cross-functional system integrations.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions across technical and functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to provide clear and consistent project status updates to management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HCM.
• Experience with UKG WFM, including:
• Timekeeping / Time & Attendance
• Accruals
• Workforce Scheduling
• Experience supporting healthcare, hospital, or other complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with legacy HCM-to-Workday migrations, including Lawson or Infor environments.
• Experience writing integration design specifications, functional specifications, test plans, and test documentation.
• Familiarity with Workday integration technologies such as EIB, Workday Studio, APIs, REST/SOAP, XML, or JSON.
• Experience coordinating with implementation partners and third-party vendors.
• Experience supporting production validation and post-go-live stabilization.
