Job description
- Lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Develop responsive and maintainable frontend applications using React or Angular.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Work with SQL and relational databases to design data models and optimize queries.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and development guidance to engineering teams.
- Participate in architecture discussions and make recommendations on application design, technology selection, and development standards.
- Leverage Claude/Anthropic AI tools to support coding, code analysis, refactoring, debugging, documentation, test generation, and application modernization.
- Evaluate AI-generated code and ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, business analysts, and other engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerization, and cloud-based deployments.
- Identify opportunities to improve development processes through AI-assisted engineering and automation.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with strong hands-on development and technical leadership experience, along with practical experience using Claude/Anthropic AI tools in software development., * 12+ years of experience in software development, with strong experience in Java.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical lead or senior engineering role.
- Hands-on experience using Claude/Anthropic AI tools for software development or engineering workflows.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Strong SQL and relational database experience.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, secure coding practices, and application performance.
