Job description
- Configure and deliver agreed business use cases from the prioritized WP6 backlog.
- Develop, configure, and maintain Pega applications using best-practice design principles.
- Conduct peer reviews and unit testing to ensure solution quality and compliance.
- Resolve defects and support user acceptance testing within established change control processes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
- Promote application changes through controlled environments and release processes.
- Produce sprint acceptance evidence and contribute to project documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and technical debt remediation where required.
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT and software development experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.

- Case Management & Workflow Development
- Defect Investigation & Resolution
- Unit Testing & Peer Reviews
- Guardrail-Compliant Development
- User Acceptance Testing Support
- Agile & Scrum Delivery
- Integration Development
- Experience delivering solutions within controlled release and change management environments.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Experience working within UK Public Sector programmes is desirable.
