Analyse all vulnerabilities at Critical and High and ensure correct assignment to service owner/provider responsible. Send communication and raise tickets for all vulnerabilities either via email or using BMC Remedy. Follow up on all vulnerabilities raised, chasing users for resolution or details on why vulnerabilities are not patched. Escalate non-remediation through the relevant process via management or deviation/risk process. Communicate on and follow up Medium and Low vulnerabilities on at least a monthly basis. Provide written reports including KPI’s and stats on a regular basis to to provide an overview of the issues currently affecting CE+ non-compliance.
