Technical Service Owner - Cloud Hosting & Security

Own platform hosting operations, ensuring availability, stability, security, and cost transparency.

• Coordinate hosting partners, vendors, changes, and releases.

• Maintain documentation, service ownership, and operational readiness.

• Drive secure-by-default operations and baseline security controls.
• Coordinate audits, risk management, compliance, and security initiatives.

• Manage access, monitoring, vulnerabilities, incidents, and remediation with stakeholders.

• Take ownership of selected platform components or projects.

Several years of experience in IT service ownership, platform operations, or cloud hosting.

• Strong understanding of information security, risk management, and compliance.
• Skilled in steering vendors and cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Structured, pragmatic, and documentation-focused way of working.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL, security frameworks, and audit-driven environments.
• Experience collaborating across teams, business units, or legal entities.
