Data Engineer

API Integration: Develop and maintain Python-based interfaces to autonomously query municipal council information systems, primarily using the open OParl standard.

• Document Parsing: Parse and structure extensive text documents, meeting minutes, and official zoning announcements (PDFs, HTML).
• Text Mining & NLP: Apply regex, text mining, and fundamental NLP techniques to categorize administrative texts and extract spatial entities.
• Data Harmonization: Clean and transfer the extracted, geocoded data into our central relational database architecture (PostgreSQL/PostGIS)., Full-Time Permanent Employment: Long-term career stability with clear growth trajectories.

Technical Background: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experience.
