Senior Backend Engineer

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and analysts to iterate fast on customer-centric solutions.
• Design, launch, and iterate on A/B experiments to improve product offerings.
• Maintain and improve code quality, system efficiency, and development processes.
• Design scalable solutions while mentoring team members and contributing to team strategy.
• Engage in hiring processes to build a strong engineering team.
• Utilize technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js, Node.js, and others in development.

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in web application development using component-based frameworks.
• High proficiency in Java and experience with web application architecture.
• Strong background in writing tests and creating maintainable code.
• Proactive team player with excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience in customer-centric prioritization and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledgeable in AI technologies with mature judgment for quality and security., * Experience with A/B testing, hypothesis building, and event-based analytics
• Experience with frameworks and toolchains such as Node.js, Vue.js, or similar component-based Frontend application frameworks
• Prior experience working in the e-commerce space
• Prior experience in start-up environments
