As a Transformation Lead at Highberg, you create momentum. You help organizations navigate today’s complex digital and societal transitions and translate strategic ambition into tangible results. Do you recognize yourself in this profile?, * Analyze complex organizational challenges by combining consulting skills with strategic insight and a strong understanding of business and IT dynamics.
- Support organizations in reinventing themselves and transforming into responsive digital leaders.
- Lead organizational transformation programs, including vision and strategy definition, organizational design, process improvement, implementation, and leadership engagement.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with executives and other key stakeholders within client organizations, acting as a strategic sparring partner.
- Support and mentor other consultants in their professional expertise and personal development.
- Identify and develop new opportunities for Highberg by proactively recognizing client needs, developing proposals, and delivering compelling pitches.
- Operate at the intersection of business and IT, for example by advising clients on dependencies within their IT landscape.
Requirements
- You have a strong network of potential clients and decision-makers and know how to build relationships in a natural way.
- You are ambitious, persuasive, and analytically strong, you are someone who quickly recognizes patterns and sets out strategic directions.
- You have a strong affinity with technology and a keen interest in organizational change and digital transformation.
- You are eager to learn and forward-looking: you actively follow developments in cloud, AI platforms, SaaS, FinOps, and cybersecurity, and use this knowledge to help clients move forward.
- You are a conceptual thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- You adapt easily to new environments and enjoy working with people at all levels of an organization.
- You see opportunities where others do not, thanks to your commercial mindset.
- You take initiative and do not give up easily when things get challenging.
- You are AI-literate and able to apply AI in a conscious, critical, and responsible way to enhance your work.
What are we asking?
- You have a completed master’s degree (WO-level).
- You have 8 to 15 years of relevant (internal) consulting experience, for example as a (senior) manager at a consulting firm or as an experienced business process manager in a corporate environment.
- You have proven experience in managing organizational change and are familiar with software development processes.
- You have experience with large-scale IT transformations.
- You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written. Proficiency in German is a strong plus.
