Lead Full Stack Developer Microsoft Full Stack Engineer Number of levels of customer interview: 3 levels of interview (1 level Tech, 1 level business, Number of levels of customer interview: 3 levels of interview (1 level Tech, 1 level business, 1 level end customer), 3rd round would be in person in PA, We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer / Microsoft Full Stack Engineer with strong front-end expertise and hands-on experience with Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET, SQL Server, and Azure/AWS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams., * Convert business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-quality technical solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain highly responsive web applications using Vue.js.
• Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and web services.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mock-ups into high-quality user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Monitor and improve application performance and overall user experience.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, DevOps teams, and Backend Developers.
• Develop testing strategies, implementation plans, and technical documentation.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, tools, and industry trends.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

• 10+ years of front-end development experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Vue.js experience.
• Strong expertise in Vue.js 2.x/3.x, Vue Router, Vuex/Pinia, Composition API, and Single Page Applications (SPA).
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/SASS.
• Strong experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON data structures.
• Strong understanding of component-driven architecture and modern front-end development practices.
• Experience developing responsive web applications.
• Strong understanding of browser rendering, performance tuning, and optimization techniques.

• Understanding of front-end security principles, including:

• Authentication and authorization
• CORS
• XSS
• CSRF protection

Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, Vitest, Cypress, or Playwright.

Proficiency with Git, GitHub/GitLab, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.

Hands-on or working knowledge of:

• C#
• .NET Core / .NET 8+
• ASP.NET MVC
• ASP.NET Web APIs
• Entity Framework

Strong experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures, views, functions, and database design concepts.

Experience with SSO, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, or Azure AD/Entra ID authentication.

Experience with IIS deployment and application hosting.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Experience leading technical development initiatives or mentoring developers.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale applications.
• Knowledge of modern Azure services and cloud-native development practices.
