Job description
- Collaborate with analysts to understand requirements and produce low-level design.
- Develop, unit test, and package Java/J2EE and .NET application components.
- Deploy and support applications across environments up to production.
- Partner with QA and certification teams to triage and resolve defects.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Spring Boot and Core Java, building J2EE applications with JSP and Servlets.
- Experience with IDEs such as Eclipse, NetBeans, or IntelliJ.
- Application server experience deploying J2EE apps on WebSphere, Tomcat, or Apache.
- Experience with Web API development.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0+ with proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and WCF.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Expertise in web technologies: ASP.NET, .NET MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
- Working knowledge of Handlebars, AngularJS, or React and related client-side technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Oracle and T-SQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities and projects.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in hybrid enterprise environments integrating Java and .NET stacks.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery practices.
