Data Centers Fiber Optics Communication Problem Solving Business Valuation Structured Cabling Travel Arrangements Technical Leadership Full Stack Development Valid Driver’s License Data Center Operations Business Transformation Hardware Troubleshooting Troubleshooting (Problem Solving), The Tiger Team will serve as the first technicians deployed to new project sites, helping establish processes, procedures, and best practices during the initial 6-8 weeks of each deployment. Once a project is successfully launched and transitioned to ongoing support teams, the Tiger Team will move to the next location and repeat the process., * Support fiber migration projects, replacing legacy coax infrastructure with fiber optic cabling.

• Lead initial project deployments and establish site processes and standards.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve cabling and connectivity issues.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure successful site launches.
• Travel to project locations nationwide as needed.

This role is ideal for experienced data center professionals who can immediately contribute in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting abilities, experience working in data center environments, and a solid understanding of structured cabling and fiber infrastructure. Long term, NTT plans to bring on Level I cable technicians to perform ongoing installation work, while the Tiger Team focuses on project startup, technical leadership, and issue resolution., * Data center operations and infrastructure support.

• Fiber optic and structured cabling installations.
• Cable testing, troubleshooting, and remediation.
• Experience working independently in new environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively.

Skills

Data center, Cable, Troubleshooting, Rack and stack, Hardware troubleshooting, Cable Replacement Experience, Candidates need to be flexible and good with the travel requirements. Probably on the road for 2 weeks at most before being brought home. NTT will handle all travel arrangements. Any out of pocket costs will be expensed to NTT. I need to get clarification about Meals Allowance while on the road. Candidates must have a valid Drivers License, the ability to travel in an Airplane and or vehicle.
