IT Systems Analyst

The IT Systems Analyst will support and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), and related logistics systems (including Last Mile Delivery (LMD) system across warehouse and distribution operations., This role is responsible for system operation support, issue analysis, user communication, and coordination with external vendors to ensure stable system performance and business continuity.

• 2-5 years of experience operating WMS or TMS or other logistics systems \n

• Understanding of logistics/warehouse operations systems \n

• User communication skills \n

• Experience analyzing system data using SQL is a plus
