* Lead and execute Java/Core Java development activities. * Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications. * Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices. * Collaborate with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and technology teams. * Provide technical leadership and support successful project delivery.

8 10+ years of relevant IT experience * Strong hands-on Java development experience * Experience working in a Technical Lead / Technology Lead capacity * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills * Good communication and collaboration skills * Willingness to attend a face-to-face interview in Alpharetta, GA, Candidates with strong Core Java expertise and proven Technology Lead experience are preferred.
