Job description
Seeking an experienced Epic Bridges Analyst to support healthcare interface development, configuration, testing, and production support for Epic and external healthcare systems., * Configure and maintain Epic Bridges interfaces and integration workflows.
- Develop, test, troubleshoot, and support HL7 interfaces.
- Analyze interface requirements and coordinate with clinical, business, and technical teams.
- Monitor interface performance and resolve production issues.
- Support Epic implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
- Perform testing, validation, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with integration teams to support data exchange between Epic and third-party systems.
Requirements
- Experience with Epic Bridges and healthcare integration.
- Strong knowledge of HL7 interfaces and healthcare data exchange.
- Experience with interface testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Understanding of EHR/healthcare workflows.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Epic Bridges certification preferred/required depending on the role.
