Job description

We’re looking for a mid-weight designer to join a creative team and support the Lead Designer in producing high-quality digital assets for leading brands on Amazon Marketplace. You’ll take creative concepts through digital artwork, adaptation, versioning, amends and final delivery, working closely with a creative studio and team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Prepare, adapt and deliver digital artwork for e-commerce platforms, mainly Amazon Marketplace.
  • Build accurate assets across multiple sizes, formats, languages and specifications, following creative concepts, brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Retouch, resize and optimise imagery, graphics and typography for digital use.
  • Prepare files correctly for delivery, including naming conventions, formats, dimensions, resolution, compression and accessibility requirements.
  • Manage amends and feedback efficiently, and work with designers, developers, producers, clients and suppliers to resolve technical and creative queries.
  • Carry out thorough QA checks, keep working files and source assets organised, and help improve production processes, templates and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in digital artwork, creative production or artwork adaptation, in an agency, studio or in-house team.
  • Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Experience producing and optimising assets for e-commerce platforms. Amazon experience (A+ Content, Brand Store, listing images) is a strong plus.
  • Good understanding of digital formats, specifications, file preparation and production workflows, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Organised, proactive and reliable, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines and take ownership from brief to final delivery.
  • Good English communication skills.

Benefits & conditions

  • Full-time, remote
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00 CET (9:00-17:00 UK time)
  • Portfolio required
