Systems & Network Administrator

We’re seeking a hands-on Systems & Network Administrator to support and maintain an organization’s IT infrastructure. This role will be responsible for managing servers, networks, security, cloud services, and end-user support while helping drive technology improvements across the business., * Administer and support Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and virtualization environments.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and ensure security best practices are followed.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery processes, system upgrades, and hardware/software deployments.
• Provide technical support to users and collaborate with stakeholders on IT projects and initiatives.

• 3+ years of systems and network administration experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VMware/Hyper-V, and network technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with servers, networks, and security tools.
