Job description
The Senior Systems Analyst serves as a strategic partner to Accounting, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Operations teams by driving the successful delivery, enhancement, and support of enterprise financial systems. This position plays a critical role in the organization’s transition from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud and will help shape the future-state ERP environment.
The individual in this role will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for system optimization, and deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and scalability. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, the Senior Systems Analyst gathers requirements, facilitates solution design, supports implementation efforts, and ensures successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Information Systems, Computer Science, * Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance. Master’s degree preferred. * Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems analysis supporting enterprise * applications. * Minimum of 5 years of hands-on ERP implementation, upgrade, enhancement, or cloud * migration experience. ERP & Financial Systems Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, or comparable enterprise ERP platforms. Strong knowledge of core ERP functions including: General Ledger Accounts Payable/Receivable Fixed Assets Procurement Project Accounting Supply Chain Operations Technical & Functional Capabilities Ability to translate business requirements into practical system designs and process improvements. Understanding of integrations, APIs, middleware solutions, data conversion strategies, and reporting frameworks. Familiarity with software testing methodologies, deployment planning, and production support processes. Experience supporting enterprise reporting and analytics solutions such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, OTBI, BI Publisher, SplashBI, Planful, or DOMO. Leadership & Collaboration Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communicator capable of engaging executives, business users, technical teams, vendors, and consulting partners. Proven ability to influence decision-making and build strong cross-functional relationships. Experience navigating complex environments with competing priorities and evolving business needs. Additional Preferred Qualifications Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or blended project delivery methodologies. Familiarity with ITIL practices, governance frameworks, change management principles, and ERP support models. Prior experience managing relationships with implementation partners, managed service providers, and third-party software vendors. Background supporting rapidly growing or multi-site organizations is highly desirable.
