Lead Reactjs Developer

• Strong software engineering experience, including full-stack delivery \n

• Strong experience building responsive web UIs using modern frameworks (React preferred) \n

• Experience with Java is a must \n

• Strong experience designing and implementing APIs/BFF services supporting UI workflows \n

• Proven experience integrating across multiple systems and handling partial failures gracefully \n

• Hands-on experience with automated testing across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers \n

• Experience with authentication/authorization integration (RBAC concepts, token-based auth patterns) \n

• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex production environments \n

• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative engineering practices \n

• Experience building dashboards/console experiences with complex data visualization and workflow navigation, * Familiarity with observability standards (structured logs, metrics, traces) and correlation across tiers
