Job description

To sustainably develop our business and market share in Benelux region, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Channel Sales Manager for DCS. This position will manage and develop the team as well as Key Accounts in Benelux region.

Key Challenges:

  • Responsible for developing and managing business development activities, through Key Accounts, channel partners in Benelux for UPS & Data Center products and solutions
  • Positioning Delta as preferred supplier of products and solutions for enterprise & Data Center infrastructure management
  • Persistently exploring and uncovering the business needs to drive and develop Delta UPS & Data Center sales
  • Key deliverable is growing market share by enhancing market footprint; supporting and developing Key Accounts and channel partners network, monitoring competitors’ activities, managing communications with partners, creating plans for growing market share and monitoring Key Accounts and channel activities
  • Providing monthly reports of forecast and pipeline
  • Attending trade shows, seminars, product launchings and similar events
  • Ensuring that documentation of presentations, financial reports, supplier contracts, price quotations and other paperwork are in line with corporate policies
  • Conducting contract negotiations with partners / customers
  • Working with partners for influencing end-users’ designs in compliance with Delta’s products & solutions

Requirements

Do you have experience in Sales?, * Relevant experience in Key Account / Channel Management

  • Good understanding of UPS and Data Center infrastructure solutions
  • Deep knowledge of the competitive environment, key competitors’ products and pricing
  • Good understanding and experience in project management
  • Able to discuss and communicate technical details
  • Excellent organizational & prioritization skills
  • Able and willing to travel regularly
  • Fluent in English
