• 5 years of hands-on functional experience in Digital Assets and Blockchain \n

• Strong understanding of \n

• Asset Tokenization, Digital Securities, Stablecoins CBDCs, Custody Wallet Platforms, Smart Contracts, DLT Platforms Ethereum Hyperledger Corda etc. \n

• Digital Asset Trading Settlement and Asset Servicing \n

• Experience working with Capital Markets Securities Services Wealth Management or Banking clients \n

• Proven experience writing user stories managing product backlogs and driving Agile delivery \n, * Blockchain Digital Asset Ecosystems, Tokenization Platforms, Smart Contract Lifecycle \n

• Digital Asset Custody Settlement, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Jira Confluence, API Integration Requirements UAT and Product Acceptance Testing Stakeholder Executive Management \n, * Experience in Digital Asset initiatives involving Treasury Tokenization Transfer Agency Digital Securities or Asset Servicing programs
