The COMMERCIAL DATA SCIENTIST role is designed to deliver impactful data insights that enhance client healthcare outcomes. This position collaborates across cross-functional teams to apply machine learning and AI in analyzing large datasets, creating client-facing analytics, and developing reusable data products. The role is critical in translating complex data into actionable insights that drive business and clinical improvements., * Deliver novel insights for client organizations using machine learning and AI.
- Collaborate with Product, Platform Data, Insights & Strategy, and Sales teams on client analyses.
- Develop and automate data products for use by team members and future projects.
- Analyze behavioral patterns of medical professionals using extensive datasets.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment to meet and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in related roles handling complex high-volume datasets.
- Experience in data science consulting with fast-paced firms.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical concepts including exploratory data analysis and experimental design.
- Proficiency in modern machine learning techniques.
- Experience designing, training, and evaluating large-scale models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Advanced SQL and Python skills with production-grade coding experience.
- Hands-on experience with distributed data processing tools.
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in machine learning.
Benefits & conditions
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- The anticipated total compensation for this role is $119,333 to $172,800 depending on experience, skills, location, and internal equity.
- Total compensation may include base salary, equity (where applicable), and annual bonus or incentive compensation (where applicable).
