Senior UI/UX Designer

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final delivery
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into user-friendly designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency across platforms

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in UI/UX design

• Proven experience (8+ years) in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles
• Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions
