  • Evaluate emerging technologies, health-IT capabilities, EHR enhancements, clinical informatics tools, and MHS initiatives for their potential effects on MHS GENESIS, clinical workflows, provider experience, patient-care delivery, and operational medical readiness.
  • Support MHS GENESIS implementation, sustainment, release planning, workflow analysis, provider adoption, training, optimization, and operational use for both in-garrison and operational medicine settings.
  • Optimize patient-care workflows, clinical documentation, provider processes, readiness-related medical activities, referrals, consults, and information-sharing practices through effective use of enterprise EHR/EMR capabilities.
  • Provide remote and on-site peer-to-peer support, technical assistance, workflow coaching, end-user engagement, and training for clinicians, medical support staff, administrators, operational medical personnel, and program stakeholders.
