Information Technology Project Manager

• Minimum 5 years IT project management experience, ideally in a financial services environment \n

• Previous experience with the implementation of End-User AI tools in a complex environment essential - preferably in financial services \n

• Excellent communication skills \n

• Excellent organizational skills \n

• Comfortable preparing information for higher levels of management \n

• Ability to cope under pressure \n

• At least one of PRINCE 2, PMP/PMI and/or Scrum Master qualifications or equivalent \n

• Previous experience engaging with Microsoft as a vendor a plus

• Member of the Digital Workplace PMO team - responsible for medium & large scale global end-user facing project implementations & platform changes \n

• Assist the Workplace AI Program Manager with the strategy, planning & deployment of a firmwide program, with independent management of defined projects including Microsoft Copilot improvements, new agent releases & Claude Enterprise or equivalent rollouts \n

Standard IT Project Management duties such as:

\n \n

• Leading multiple project teams in a Hybrid environment using tools such as Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for work management, as well as traditional Waterfall project processes/ tools \n

• Creation/ upkeep of deployment schedules \n

• Management of both project and program level risks & issues - overcome roadblocks to drive project outcomes \n

• Regular status reporting for senior management and assisting the program manager for program level oversight/ reporting. \n

• Work with User Education team on project communications, training & operational support needs for a global user base \n
