Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Facets in a healthcare payer environment.
Strong understanding of Healthcare Payer business processes, including Membership, Enrollment, Claims, Benefits, Providers, and Billing.
Strong experience in data analysis, data mapping, data validation, and ETL processes.
Experience working with Facets data models, database structures, and Facets interfaces.
Strong SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing large healthcare datasets.
Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage, or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of claims, Enrollment, eligibility, provider, and member data within healthcare payer systems.
Ability to analyze complex data issues and identify discrepancies across Facets and downstream systems.
Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, or similar.
Familiarity with healthcare data warehouses, reporting systems, and downstream applications is preferred.
